We aim not only to encourage the technical expertise of our managers, but also to promote their development in the so-called "competencies", such as entrepreneurial thinking, the ability to convince or to work in a team.

Management profiles are compiled in so-called orientation and promotion seminars. Our orientation seminars are directed at up-and-coming talent, at recognising their potential and planning the next steps in their development. Experienced managers who wish to improve their competencies participate in our promotion seminars.

The orientation and promotion seminars serve not only to highlight the strengths of the participants and the individual further training requirement. The findings also help to integrate personal preferences, abilities and modes of conduct into the further development of their careers.

The ever-increasing speed of product development, technology and the engineering deployed mean that our workforce must undergo continuous further training.
That applies to the specialist knowledge of our staff as well as to their social and management skills. We organise this under the motto "we do everything that is necessary, but nothing that is just nice to have". For a company organised under the principle of lean-management, it is essential that every employee has the know-how to ensure that business runs as smoothly as interlocked cogwheels.
