Internship in business management
Are you a student of management science with a major in finance, purchasing, marketing, innovation management or HR, for example? Are you looking for a career in a secure industry with good prospects for the future? Would you like to gain your first practical experience and get to know Vinnolit as a company? Then apply for an internship with us! You have the opportunity to swap the classroom for the office at our headquarters in Ismaning near Munich. Over a period of at least three months, you gain a good insight into our day-to-day business and find out from colleagues at first hand why they opted for a career with Vinnolit.

You gain a deep insight into all aspects of the management area of your choice in a global industrial company. You contribute to our day-to-day activities, carry out smaller projects yourself and provide information on developing new strategies, such as “Procurement 4.0”, in a coherent and transparent way. You are involved in developing concepts for e.g. product and business modelling innovations and customer development programs and completing profitability analyses and plant controlling activities, identifying trends and leading initiatives in areas such as staff development or digitization in B2B marketing. Involvement in internal workshops and discussions rounds off this varied internship in a committed, professional team.
