Chemical Laboratory Technician (f/m/o)
Are you interested in research and development in laboratories? Are you responsible? Do you like working with care and precision? Then apply to us for a training course as a Chemical Laboratory Technician. Over the three-and-a-half years of the training course, you learn all of the theoretical and practical skills required to ensure that we always have the right mix.
At Vinnolit you learn how to:
- carry out chemical investigations and series of experiments
- analyze and produce chemical substances
- document and evaluate laboratory tests
At vocational college, you study:
- the principles of chemistry
- instrumental analysis
- basic technical laboratory operations
- principles of process monitoring
- volumetrics, gravimetrics & electro-chemistry
You are the ideal applicant for us if you...
- have a relevant high-school or intermediate-school leaving certificate or a qualification to study at university (Abitur).
- bring an analytical mindset.
- have the capacity to work cleanly and precisely.
- have good prior knowledge in the natural sciences.
- enjoy working in a team and interacting with colleagues.
- have a very good command of German and a good command of English.
Duration of training
Training usually takes 3.5 years.
Working hours
The working hours are 37.5 a week, in accordance with the provisions of the collective wage agreement.
Start of training course
The training courses begin on September 1.
Salary
The salary varies according to region and is based on the collective wage agreements for the chemical industry.
